How We Create Your Story Together
STEP 01
Fill out the form
Start by filling out the contact form with your details and vision. This helps me understand your love story, your elopement or wedding plans, and what kind of natural, non-posed photography experience you’re looking for. The more you share, the better I can create romantic, authentic images that reflect you.
STEP 02
Call or meet up
We’ll schedule a call or meet in person to connect and talk through your ideas. This is where we shape the mood, locations, and timeline together. I want you to feel completely relaxed, so we focus on building comfort and trust—essential for creating emotional, documentary-style photography that feels real and effortless.
STEP 03
Picture time
On the day of your session, elopement, or wedding, you don’t need to pose or perform. I guide you gently with natural prompts and movement so your photos look authentic, romantic, and full of connection. Whether it’s a couple session, intimate wedding, or elopement in Denmark or in Europe, the experience feels like spending time together—not a photoshoot.
STEP 04
Delivering photos
Your edited gallery is delivered online within the agreed timeframe, filled with timeless, heartfelt images that tell your full story. Every photo is crafted in my signature romantic, documentary style—perfect for printing, sharing, and reliving your wedding, elopement, or couple session again and again.

Do you travel for photoshoots?
Yes, absolutely! I travel for elopements, weddings, couple sessions, and branding photoshoots across Denmark and throughout Europe. Whether you’re planning a Copenhagen elopement, a coastal session, a mountain adventure, or a destination wedding, I’m always excited to join you. Travel details are shared upfront so everything is transparent and easy.
This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
It’s completely normal to feel nervous before your first photoshoot—most couples and clients do! My style is relaxed, natural, and focused on making you feel comfortable. I’ll guide you with simple prompts instead of stiff poses, help with location choices, and give you tips on what to wear. You don’t need any experience—just show up as you are, and I’ll take care of the rest.
This ensures your photos feel authentic, emotional, and true to your story.
What is your process for working with brands?
My branding photography process starts with a consultation where we discuss your business, your visual goals, and the story you want to tell. I create a personalized shot plan that matches your branding, style, and target audience. On the day of the shoot, I guide you through everything—locations, posing, and creative direction. After the session, you’ll receive a curated gallery of high-quality images perfect for websites, social media, and marketing.
This approach is ideal for small businesses, creatives, and brands looking for authentic, storytelling branding photography in Denmark.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Most sessions within my local area in Denmark include travel, but for elopements, weddings, and photoshoots outside this region, travel expenses are added on top of the package price. This ensures transparent pricing and allows me to photograph your love story or brand anywhere in Denmark—or for destination shoots across Europe. I’ll always give you a clear travel quote before booking.
Terms & Conditions
1. Services & Delivery
- Photographer provides professional photography services as described in the booking.
- RAW/unedited files are never delivered.
- Standard delivery time is stated in the package. Rush delivery will be quoted when requested.
- Images are delivered via online gallery. Files remain available for 1 months, after which they may be deleted. Extended storage can be purchased.
2. Payment & Fees
- A non-refundable retainer is required to secure the booking. The date is not reserved until the retainer is paid.
- Remaining balance is due no later than the agreed due date on the invoice.
- Late payments are subject to a 20% monthly late fee.
- Additional services outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately when requested.
- Travel costs, accommodation (if required), and other pre-approved expenses will be invoiced to the Client.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellation
- The Client may reschedule or cancel with minimum 7 days’ notice. The retainer remains non-refundable.
- Cancellations with fewer than 7 days’ notice require full payment of the agreed fee.
- If Photographer is unable to perform the service due to illness or emergency, a replacement photographer will be offered. If not accepted, all payments (incl. retainer) will be refunded in full — this is the Client’s sole remedy.
4. Copyright & Usage
- Photographer retains full copyright and ownership of all images.
- Client receives a non-exclusive, royalty-free license for personal use (printing, sharing with friends/family, personal social media with credit). Images may not be sold, edited, or used commercially without written permission.
- Photographer may use images for portfolio, website, social media, publications, and marketing. Clients wishing to opt-out may request a privacy fee/exclusivity buy-out (price determined by Photographer).
5. Client Responsibilities
- Client is responsible for permissions, permits, venue approvals, and cooperation of all participants.
- Client agrees that style and artistic judgement are at the Photographer’s discretion. Style preference is not a basis for refund.
6. Liability
- Photographer is not liable for circumstances beyond control (e.g., weather, interference, technical failure, participants blocking shots).
- Liability is limited to the total amount the Client has paid for the service.
- No guarantee is made for any specific moment, pose, or outcome.
7. Force Majeure
If a shoot is prevented due to events beyond either party’s control (illness, pandemic, fire, strike, or similar), both parties will work in good faith to reschedule. No refunds are given, except where required by law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law.
